The Central Bank of Iraq appears to be an experiment in implementing programmable money…Iraqi’s are pushing back. They refuse to put their money in the bank. They are refusing to join the digital currency in Iraq which is being implemented by the Central Bank of Iraq. As long as the people in Iraq refuse to comply with the digital world, we are protected as far as the experiment goes… :Sandy Ingram
