What these [Tom Barack/United States] demands will result in is foreign investment. Foreign investment is the key for Iraq recovering to the degree that we could easily see an adjustment of the IQD…Other things on the table that need to be taken care of…extra streams of income outside of the oil industry, armed militias being unarmed, safety in Iraq to the point where Americans and everybody else in the world can visit…We have to be able to exchange physically before we can realize our profits in the IQD.
