Iraq cannot fully move forward economically if armed groups are operating both inside and outside the control of the government of Iraq…This is not new. But what is new is a prime minister has been elected on the basis that he’s going to bring the country together and unarm the Iraqi militants…If Iraq can actually do it, if they can change the way investors look at the country, everything can change, including the currency rate of the IQD. :Sandy Ingram
