I have not found an official central bank decree approving the deletion of the zeros. We do not have an official implementation date. We do not have an official adopted 1000 to 1 conversion ratio. We do not have an official list of new denominations. We do not have an exchange deadline for the existing notes. We do not have an announcement for dual circulation. And most importantly for those of us holding physical Iraqi dinars outside of Iraq, we do not have an official exchange procedure for IQD holders. Sandy Ingram
