Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) – Schneider Electric has entered into a new partnership with INTECH to deliver advanced automation and digital solutions across Iraq.
The collaboration is designed to improve operational safety, efficiency, and connectivity, helping industries in the country adopt smarter and more sustainable systems.
Through this alliance, Schneider Electric’s global technologies will be combined with INTECH’s on-the-ground experience to help Iraq modernize its industrial base and strengthen critical infrastructure.
The partnership also aligns with Iraq’s wider efforts to upgrade outdated systems, attract foreign investment, and accelerate long-term economic development.
INTECH, which has maintained a strong presence in Iraq since 2005 with offices in Basra and Erbil, has become a key player in supporting the country’s energy and industrial infrastructure.
Over the past two decades, INTECH has carried out more than 70 automation projects, commissioned dozens of facilities, and deployed integrated control systems for oil, gas, and utility operators. Its expertise spans process automation, SCADA, telecommunications, and cybersecurity, making it a recognized partner for both Iraqi and international firms.
