HOW CAN IMF REQUIRE BUDGET REVISION, 5 MONTHS INTO THE FISCAL YEAR, KNOWING THE PROCESS NECESSARY FOR REVISION APPROVAL?
WE REALLY NEED TO SEE AN IMF RELEASE, WHICH WE MAY SEE AFTER THE MEETINGS ARE OVER…
