Sadr and Abadi meet in Karbala
Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi held a meeting with the leader of the Sadrist movement Muqtada al-Sadr in the city of Karbala during his visit to the city today.
According to a source for “Sky Press,” that “Abadi and Sadr held a meeting in one of the role in the housing district in Karbala.”
The Prime Minister arrived this morning in Karbala and held a meeting with the Central Command of the Middle Euphrates to discuss security measures to protect visitors to the city of Karbala on the occasion of the Shaaban visit, according to the information office of Abadi.
Abadi said, during a press conference after the meeting, that “the leaders of operations throughout Iraq, not adhere to the administrative boundaries of the provinces, but its tasks to fight terrorism,” he said.
