Iraq, Russia Agree to Boost Economic Cooperation
Iraq and Russia have reached an agreement to expand bilateral economic ties, Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim Jaafari said Thursday.
“We have agreed on cooperation between business associations of Iraq and Russia, commercial contacts in private sector, and exchange of information on investment opportunities in Iraq,” Jaafari said at a joint news conference with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin in Baghdad.
