This [2027] budget is the biggest budget ever…It’s been argued the new rate has to be in the budget. I am very careful with saying that because…a lot of people have said, the new exchange rate is going to be in the budget…It would make a lot of sense for the new exchange rate to be in this budget, but I am not going to sit here and tell you that with 100% certainty because I only share things…that I could root in fact.
