Stephen : It was never going to be possible for Iraq to move forward and add value to their currency if Iran was in control. For the last 23 years Iran has been using Iraq as a money smuggling country. Even if they were sanctioned by the US they would just go over to Iraq, use their proxy government officials and get billions if not trillions of dollars… The corruption has stopped…
