There are no “tiers” getting paid out. No one is getting paid out before anyone else. When the dinar value changes, it is going to change simultaneously for everyone. No one is getting paid first. No one is on a special list. No one is getting an “800 number”…The dinar is showing on Forex at a certain rate, guys, it’s not true… :Stephen
