I personally do not believe it’s going to be a $7.00 revaluation...I don’t see it revaluing at $7.00 right out of the gate. Maybe the rate might work itts way up there in the coming years possibly but I don’t see them coming out with a $7.00 revaluation out of the gate. Just doesn’t make any sense to me. I’ve looked at the math. The math ain’t mathing on that… :Stephen
