What we have to do as investor and as researchers like myself is look at the actions they’re taking. What are the actions they are taking pointing to moving forward into the future? We draw a hypothesis and we try to figure out a conclusion from the actions Iraq is taking. Everything is telling me they are getting things done quicker than ever to reach some type of result. I’m speculating that an increase in the purchasing power of the Iraqi dinar is part of that equation. :Stephen
