Stephen: I don’t believe it’s going to happen in September. Some of you might hate me for saying that or might disagree and that’s totally fine. I personally do not see a revaluation or reinstatement happening until after September 30th. October could be a very interesting month…I have a strong hunch…it’s most likely going to go into October. I would be shocked if we make it out of the year without seeing some type of currency appreciation in Iraq.
