As far as I’m concerned there is maybe two or three people in the world that know the rate and a very basic understanding of the date…I do believe the revaluation date is a moving target. I believe that the timeline is changing with geopolitical events happening in the world right now…I promise you there is no bank manager out there that knows when the dinar is going to revalue. : Stephen
