I trust the Ministry of Finance a lot more than I do the Central Bank of Iraq.  The why…is because the Central Bank of Iraq, and all central banks, have to be much more secretive…They can’t put out any information to sway or possibly affect monetary policy…because…it could be catastrophic.  The same thing here in the United States.  The Fed is not going to…tell you ahead of time if they’re going to raise rates, lower rates, because that it would affect the markets…If there was going to be a major currency change or revaluation or reinstatement, which I believe we are getting ready to see in the near future, the CBI would have to be extremely careful with what they are saying.  And I believe they would intentionally put out misinformation or disinformation to keep it as a state of confusion to where people don’t know what’s going to happen. :Stephen  [Post 1 of 2]
