This shows how bad Iraq really needs to get their act together and get the government reshuffle completed.
Negative press on their ability to pay their bills while they are trying to convince the credit grading agencies to give them a better credit rating isn’t really what they need right now.
On top of that this doesn’t look good when they are trying to give the IMF confidence that they will and can live up to Iraq’s Letter of Intent.
It’s not all bad though…changing ministers will get Iraq where they need to be, the political crisis over, increase security and make the people of Iraq happy as well.
