…if Iraq wants to pay out the 2023 budget between now and Jan 1, they need to RV their currency.

I think it is an imf requirement not to advertise a pending RV on the central bank. We probably will not see anything until the RV is done.

Many folks seem to be having favorable Bank interactions. No exchanges yet, but more bankers saying this is going to happen.

It would now seem the RV is in the hands of the CBI, and no longer waiting on anything from parliament.  Hopefully, we will see an RI/RV release soon!!!

This now seems fairly straightforward – finish re-educating on the new currency in Iraq, and release the RV. Feels like we are about done.
