When we go on exchange day and revalue day, we’re going to give that money to say Bank of America. Bank of America is going to credit our account with dollars and then Bank of America is going to put that in their vault until they accumulate a certain amount of dinar and then they’re going to sell that dinar to what’s called a wholesale currency bank. The way the bank makes money is…a spread on the rate…What that currency wholesale bank is eventually going to do is fly that money back to Baghdad and sell it to either a commercial bank in Iraq or the CBI…The reason why [banks] won’t accept the dinar now is because it’s not tradable. It needs to be tradable in order for this loop to happen. :Terrance
