For a country to have to import everything…they need dollars…The more the dollar strengthens and with all this foreign investment coming in, that’s going to create a level of inflation for Iraq…They need the currency to revalue [upward] in order for Iraqis not to become poor. This is some of the economics people have to understand. It’s not all about us the speculators…It’s in Iraq’s best interest for Iraq to revalue their currency ahead of all the reforms they want to do. Otherwise it just makes them poor.
