Top Kurdish official to visit the US this month
Head of Kurdistan Region Security Council (KRSC) Masrour Barzani is scheduled to visit the US later this month, Kurdish media said on Thursday.
Kurdish media stated that Barzani is due to visit Washington on 16th of May to participate in an event organized by The Heritage Foundation, to be held in the US capital.
Barzani will discuss with US officials the status of Kurdistan Region after expelling ISIS from Mosul city, located in Nineveh Governorate, according to Kurdish media.
