Thom: I hold both myself… Iraq and Vietnam are as close as they used to be under Saddam. Also, Vietnam is ON IT! In Fact, the FTSE Russell upgrades are what I am watching, and because of those, it is my opinion that the Dong will appreciate over the next year. Iraq has a history of simply changing the rate in a single day.
