IMO we are waiting on a couple of things in Iraq. Seating of certain cabinet posts. Passage of the 2027 budget that will include the new REER. Iraq has a history of revaluing their currency suddenly, especially when the street rate gets this far away from the official rate (it is near a 20% difference). :Thom
