Sandy1:  Elmer- any word from Okie?

Elmerf123456:  Okie is doing fine.

Elmerf123456:  Just in from across the Pond. Iraqi security forces are said to be only days away from retaking Mosul from the self-styled Islamic State group. The army’s chief of staff told the BBC he hoped the militants would be defeated before the holy month of Ramadan starts on May 26. Timing is everything. So are special gifts to a country. Maybe there gift of Peace and finally our gift of financial change.

You are great people! Not because of the investment that you chose to be part of, but because of your perseverance your patience and your ability to hold up others when times get tough. I tell you now life is tough for many people but we all come from different parts and places, yet you continue to endure. You are blessed in human spirit and shall be rewarded. Belief is never easy, but the course is easy with like-minded individuals. Glad to be part of this with you.

AzHombre:  Looks like Mosul will finally be rid of terrorists by next week! Hopefully our “ship” will come in before Ramadan at the end of the month. Time will tell.

9Ball :  Words of wisdom given to me years ago by a very wealthy friend. “When you think you have all the money you will ever need, there are 3 things you want to avoid. Horse Racing, Car Racing and a High Maint. Woman.” I can attest he was absolutely right.

Wrider22:  Remember the pre-nup!

Elmerf123456:  A great lesson for my TNT Family.

A speaker held up a $20 bill in a room of 200, he asked, “Who would like this $20 bill?” Hands went up. He said, “I am going to give this $20 to 1 of you but 1st, let me do this.” He crumple up the $20 dollar bill. He asked, “Who still wants it…?” Still hands were up in the air.

“Well, What if I do this?” he dropped it on the ground & started to grind it into the floor with his shoe.

He picked it up, now crumpled & dirty. “Now, who still wants it?” Hands went in the air. “My friends, we have all learned a valuable lesson. No matter what I did you still wanted the money, it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20.

Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled & ground into the dirt by the decisions we make & the circumstances that come our way. We may feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value.

Dirty-clean, crumpled-finely creased, you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you. The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know, but by WHO WE ARE. You are special-Don’t EVER forget it.”
