Jambie67: I don’t believe there is a real hold up at this point, only a slow slow slow roll out because banks are likely still getting a feel for how this whole process really works when put into action. Plus, I honestly don’t believe banks expected us to know so much and be as savvy at negotiating or being as well versed as we are. JMO
