Elmerf123456: His post isn’t totally inaccurate. Mosul is surrounded and supply lines cut off. Mosul is the crowing jewel of Iraq. If it was in total control, it would be everywhere and not just Poppy. But it’s gonna fall very soon. Look for the announcement…..Make sense?
OKRocks: Elmer a few months back I was watching a iraqi stie do updates on Mosul… they were making great strides then and for some reason all of a sudden that intel was cut off from the internet… mosul is a done deal… its release of info has been diverted to coincide with the “big deal”

Jthrnh: Don’t web search the word exchange related to bases, you will only find the stores. There will be no way to seach for that information at an base. You need to actually go in and probably know someone who has made these arrangements from a local foriegn currency dealer which would not be for public consumption
I’m not suggesting that I know base exchanges are taking place. I just know that it was litterally on board ships which you can’t access unless you are part of that command or know someone who is.

This is so big now that it would truly be a strategic operation spreading the wealth to ensure that we don’t completely flood the markets with so much wealth that the product manufacture can’t keep up with demand. Then you have those who would use it to purchase arms or other weapons that would be used against us to force their own agendas
The original intent was to be completed before President Bush left office, and was for a select few countries who participated with the alliance who liberated Iraq and helped with Al Quida…. Now this has gone global for almost all of the UN members and become exceptionally complicated

My brother told me today that when she got back, she exchanged her dinar at the base for $3.00 per dinar. I did not know this She is looking into this right now. Talked to her dad, he said base exchanges probably closed for the weekend. She will look into it Monday…… But she exchange d over a year ago

Golferiam: You need to understand that military Base Exchanges are simply stores…like a Walmart. If a base is or will be doing foreign currency exchanges it will most likely be at a bank on the base or the base finance office.
