CharlieOK: As I understand it, by Iraqi law, or else it is in the Constitution, if the Parliament doesn’t vote for a PM or a Pres. to run Iraq within so many days of being elected to Parliament, the PM and Pres. HAVE to disband the Parliament. This is put into the gazette. At that point, the PM and the Pres. then rum the administration of the govt. until Parliament finally does agree om a PM and Pres. What I am unclear on is when or if there has to be another election for Parliament,

But the point is, it is looking like Iraq is again, the Wild, Wild West….And while this chaos is going on, who is in charge of the BILLIONS a month going into Iraq?
