Ray: Did not think we would still be here on this side of the RV, (Jan 2) with the information that was flowing.

A 25,000 dinar, over there now becomes 25. What does that mean? The value of the currency has to change so the consumer does not get short changed in the process and he can still buy the same goods. It could also be a major price fix so what used to take 25,000 to buy now only takes 25 to buy. What is easier to do? Reprice all the goods and services in the entire country or adjust the currency.
That happened on the 31st. We are looking gooder than good.

Some bank employees working today and some were called in yesterday. Why they were called in that remains to be seen, knowing the banks are closed.
This Rhapsody data base is connected to the BIS. Rhapsody data base has been down since Fri or Saturday. Speculation is it’s down for rate changes.
We have come a major distance and overcome major obstacles to get where we are. We are in position to choose whether or not where a wall stood. Most of us are choosing not to just yet. You should be reveling in that you now have a choice . . . exercising a choice. That’s powerful!
We have 9 banks and a credit union . . . and a currency exchange location that says we can exchange diner . . . but the rate is unattractive. We have this one bank saying, “No, not doing it” but then one of the 9 banks said they actually get the dinar from the bank saying, No. Figure that out.
72 Hour Gag Order: Ray: I don’t know when the time began. . . I received it yesterday from someone who said it was on television. We don’t know when it started.

- Budget still not in the Gazette. Ray: Still waiting to see if what I was told (rate) would be in the Gazette is there.

- TV: Gag order issued by PM Abadhi to military commanders not to talk about Mosul for 72 hours. Ray: 72 hours are up. Saw an article referencing Mosul 50% cleared. TV also announcing Iraqi and Kurd leaders saying (DASH ???) eliminated. / Mosques
- Citizen discontent as economic reforms not completed and it’s the new year.
INTERNATIONAL:
- Canada: Ray: One of the 9 banks is connected into Canada. To know for sure call your local Canada banks and just ask them.
- Rates: Unknown of there is a contract rate on more currencies than the Dinar. Ray: I will be asking on every currency I own. If I’m going to sign for one, I might as well sign for them all. One member had his banker tell him there were contract rates on dinar and dong by both China and US. . .My best bank sources cannot see anything (rates) saying it’s all blocked.
UNITED STATES:
- Banks: Employees were called in yesterday, Jan 1 and today, Jan 2.

- -We are a blended family, a total of eight. Can we all go to the exchange? Ray: When you call to make your appointment, that is when you ask them. They will instruct you on how to go about making those arrangements.
- -What interest rate do you intend to ask for. Ray: I might go in and say 50% compounded monthly. They might laugh off their chair. Might depend on how big your back pocket is.
- – How will the ZIM be exchanged? Ray: I have no earthly idea. Have not talked to one banking person who knows. The UST is not sure. If they ever see fit to tell me I will be Johnny on the spot to post in the forum and tell you.
- – Are the Chinese Elders holding this up until after the Presidential Inauguration? Ray: I have no idea. They don’t talk to me. If anyone has the phone # for the Chinese elders, I won’t hesitate to call them and I will let them know I am asking for 20,000 people.
- -Are we in some sort of window for the RV? Ray: Nothing official. Already reported about Tuesday – Wednesday. I am looking forward to something happening this week.
- -Will our money be safer when President Trump is in office? Ray: Why? I don’t see that having any basis on our exchange being safe. I don’t know what your looking for there.

Ray: As far as the process, the whole situation, Luther Vandross, “It’s Over Now.” That would be the song for me right now and then you guys at the appropriate time, “This Is It!” when it’s time for you to do what you want to do.
Ray: You guys have no idea how good it makes me feel when I hear a member repeat a though process we have introduced. That is more than all the Thank you’s and I Love You. I appreciate those too, but . . .just knowing people are going to take something and use it down the road. It’s exciting.
- -How long till we actually go once you get the word? Ray: I can’t say. Another song, “It’s Too Late To Turn Back Now.” The initiation has begun. The process has begun. They are over halfway in it. To stop, to back up now, I can’t see it.

RAY’S CLOSING STATEMENT:
We are for lack of a better word, any minute, any hour, any day starting tomorrow. Coming from banks, agencies. Banking people acknowledged they received notes and memos for “by Christmas.” Did not materialize that is the information we were receiving.
We didn’t lie to you. The banking people did not lie to us. Those were the expectations. People share what they expect to happen and other people share what they intend to do. The reality is what really did happen. We are in the reality of this dinar currency being accepted in the US banks. Banks openly saying they exchange dinar. At unattractive rates but they are doing it. Gives us the choice of when we want to go to exchange.
But God, it has to be a tremendous relief to you to know you can go! Now, we are just waiting. Waiting for the rate to be where we want it to be. Rest assured, I will let you know the rates, the banks, the 800 #’s, everything we can to help you end one journey and so you can embark on another. While we wait for that (played “I Believe.”)
