Ray:  This will be a short one . . .As promised we will be here till the end, however close it may be.  You got the tweet. It’s all quiet.  Not a lot of new intel.  Administrative things going on and you can get that from other places.
Been reports of some things factual but they have yet to surface.  Live for us means people are dealing with it, trading with it.  There are different levels of “live” just like there are different levels of done.  They say “it is done.” . . . I believe it’s already International.
Up to 10 banks now and 1 credit union dealing in the Dinar. . . seeing tier two banks now.  Expecting 2 more.
CURRENT WINDOW:   Ray:  One intel source aligns with Jan 5th.  This week is still a possibility. . . Tuesday through Wednesday, any day.  It’s a combination.  A hodge podge of sorts.
One source had indicated RV on Tuesday or Wednesday and Ray says that has not materialized.
IRAQ:    Ray:  Iraq is quiet as a cemetery.  Rumblings because the citizens were told by the first of the year.

  • Budget:  still expectations it will be in the Gazette this week.
  • Demonstrations:  some grumbling since the citizens were told by the first of the year.

INTERNATIONAL:

  • China:  Ray:  China came to the game late and couldn’t get same deal as US but wanted a piece of the action.  US wanted to appease China and said they could entice people through a contract rate.  That’s not a detriment to the US.

UNITED STATES:

  • Digitize Your Currency:  Ray:  That is a strategy.
  • Banks:  There are no 10 banks and 1 credit union dealing in the Dinar.  Still is one bank that has branches saying “no” and other branches saying, “No.”  Ray:  Some new exchanges happening . . . on a currency. . .  and those with SKR’s now seeing “pending” on their accounts.  (Ray has only mentioned exchanges in Afghani currency and made it clear he was not referring to dinar exchanges)
  • NDA:  If your not taking the contract rate no need to sign an NDA.
  • Gifting Letters/Exchanging:  Ray:  Never heard of a requirement to have this to exchange.  Don’t know notarizing is necessary, just a signature.  Those who have exchanged have not had to go through hoops to do so.    No one who has exchanged has needed proof.
  • Taxes:  If short term or long term capital gains is assessed then ou will need proof of date you purchased.

EXCHANGING:

  1. -Why is the Iraqi budget not out yet?  Ray:  I have no earthly idea.  Don’t know if it’s being perfectly timed or it’s stone walling.
  2. – How long till the lower denom’s  distributed?  Ray:  That’s another good question.  There is a reason, we just don’t know what it is.
  3. – Stock market crash?  Ray:  Doom and gloom.  And hasn’t happened.  US lost it’s credit rating and rich people still rich and poor still poor.  Credit rating is back and rich people still rich and poor still poor.
  4. -Time period needed for Iraqi people to celebrate when it goes International?  Ray:  I believe it already is International.
  5. -Military exchange on their base?  Ray:  Yes, I’ve already heard of this happening.
  6. – Are any of the banks dealing in dinar tier 3’s?   Ray:  I really don’t know. Never followed the differences between the tiers too closely.

RAY’S CLOSING STATEMENT:
Still some good expectations of things yet to come.  Irons in the fire yet to come that say progress.  Will spend the evening getting updated and may post in the forum.  If it’s worthy enough of reconvening for another call, we will do that.  Until then we wait patiently if we believe.  Impatiently if we don’t.
