[via Frank26] There are many articles that are coming out saying the official exchange rate of the Iraqi dinar right now is at 1132. Even though it’s not posted doesn’t mean it is not. They are using that rate. They don’t want people profiting from the exchange rate anymore…they want a parallel exchange rate to match the official exchange rate. No more dual exchange rates…
