[via Frank26] When the articles were coming out at the end of last year they kept saying by year’s end they will be able to have the new exchange rate…this was a verbal communication…from the CBI to the powers to be…of their intent to introduce a new currency and a new exchange rate…This was all done in front of the IMF, the World Bank, AMF etc. etc. etc…IMO as of a few days ago this verbal communication was introduced in a formal written format document which is required by the IMF. Therefor IMO we get closer and closer.
