When [lower notes and exchange rate] come out together it’s not going to be a big announcement. It’s not going to be pomp and circumstance…fanfare. All of the education has been given to the citizens. They know what’s coming. When they receive it, it’ll be just like that, overnight. The next day when they wake up and they see a change in their accounts…cards, that’s it. There won’t be no explanation for it. No need. They already know what’s coming.
