waldowould: Doug read up sometime about the Marshall plan and how Germany and Japan recovered after WW2. Their economies were both in the toilet.

Abraham: The IMF will establish within the CBI an Exchange Control Program whereby all funds leaving Iraq will have to be approved by-way of Exchange Control.
Abraham: Investors bringing funds into Iraq will have to register those funds with the CBI
Abraham: CBI will control how much money investors can take out of the Country. Precisely why investors must register funds coming into Iraq.
Abraham: tax incentives will be given to manufacturers who have a high domestic value added content
Abraham: Exchange Control Forms will be submitted to CBI by the local banks on behalf of their clients seeking permission. Imports will be monitored, every invoice by the CBI because corporations will have to apply to the CBI for permission to process the foreign exchange to pay international suppliers
