All of what progress we are seeing is building the foundations of the institutions that will enable Iraq to be successful long after they join the markets.

Answer: No…this is a never ending process for Iraq…
and hopefully, as the IMF stated, huge changes will take place with the CBI and the status of the IQD when the world financial institutions begin exchanging the IQD.
