[Folks…if you buy a U.S, Savings bond (domestic bond), does it have anything to do with the international exchange rate of the USD?]
Answer: No.
With this in mind…the domestic bonds that are now being sold inside Iraq does not have anything to do with the eventual move by Iraq into the world’s markets.
