The world has already been told numerous times by numerous entities that Iraq is in the process of entering the economy market…not by me but, instead by the CBI, GOI, Parliament, IMF, WB. etc.
IMO we are at the point in this investment that we are trying to understand how this will manifest itself. As one of your researchers has stated before, this is not an on/off switch investment.
