IMO, we are at the point where the CBI starts the switch over/transition over to settling all…foreign obligation in IQD instead of USD…
Once, the CBI starts in that direction…the question about the value of the IQD comes into play
IMO…this will be a seamless transition.
IMO…that is where all of those trade agreements come into play…and yes, it is exciting.
