Shellbell: it is parallel and confirming to Wolfy, Tank, BEP, and Big Fish intel: A friend of a friend who is in one of the lower admirals groups got a call this morning (Sun 3/13) and was told that the UST, the IMF, and the BIS signed off on the release of funds for the groups and he was told he would get instructions about exchanging tomorrow Mon 3/14. Because all groups are to start together, it looks like Tue-Wed may be promising for all of us to start exchanges.
