AdminBill: I THINK THAT THERE HAS BEEN SOME SIGNIFICANT JUMPING OF THE GUN WITH SOME TAKING INFO AND BUILDING ON IT. MY MILITARY CONTACTS ARE TELLING ME THAT THERE HAVE BEEN NO EXCHANGES ON ARMY, NAVY AND AIR FORCE BASES. I DO THINK THERE MAY BE, JUST MAY BE THINGS TAKING PLACE THAT WILL TIP THE SCALES SOON.
