Pookie: 1.Iraq is being assisted by the US troops to deal with the militia and the bad guys.
2. Iraq is completing some things and doing the final sweep/cleanup on ISIS which began in January while waiting for Iran’s mandates from the IMF.
3. Then Iraq and Iran will be qualified for the RV
Note: Iraq and Iran have to have a revalued currency by sometime in March to qualify for full WTO membership
They would normally need 90 days but can start the RV and after 60 days submit the application to the WTO which takes WTO 30 days into June when WTO reviews full memberships
Iraq can go at anytime but I think they are really stalling until they get the militias under control and Iran is also ready. My opinion only
