The Paris Agreement (that contained the Global Currency Reset) had been signed but not ratified by some countries. The last holdout was Putin of Russia. He had one condition before signing, that General Dunford of the new US Republic began arrests. This was the last hold up in respect to the Global Currency Reset.
2. On Monday Sept. 26 2016Dunford began sending out squads that acted like mini courts. They sat down with the person being arrested, asked questions and a chance of redemption was given. If that person said one thing that showed there was no chance at redemption, then that person was taken out. There were no prisoners.
3. All Cabal members and others who have done harm to our humanity to benefit themselves were being visited. Many squads were active.
4. On the US elections: There was a story on the Internet that if Donald Trump was elected that the Cabal would detonate an EMP device. That was fear mongering. The reality was that before the Elections General Dunford would step in.
5. Dunford has begun the arrest sequence, Putin has signed off on the Paris Agreement and the Global Currency Reset is underway.
