Vietnam has been on FOREX for a long time at 25,575 VND to 1 USD…Of course Iraq can be on Forex at 1300 IQD to 1 USD. BTW…the 1300 is also the official “REER” and has been the REER for going on 3 years. People also speak as if Iraq has no REER. Just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist…
