The next step is to redenominate the Dinar and require the citizen to exchange the three zero notes for the new currency and only have a very short window to do so and at the same time the window closes, the RV will take place giving the citizens spending power and we will then have three zero notes worth the RV rate even though our notes will still have three zeros.
