When Iraq was acting like they had good sense, the USA was quite generous and lenient with allowing withdrawals, but Iraq has been acting like a defiant 2 year old for about a year or more now and if the USA was being technically intentioned, they would only let them have enough money to buy food and medicine which has historically been the rules of the Trust…These people…cannot play by the rules.
