What is Iraq’s banking reform? …do you think it’s to introduce new coins? Do you think it’s to introduce a new exchange rate? I think the banking reform is to add value to their currency before they can do anything else. Why come out with coins, why come out with lower notes, when you don’t have a new rate for them? Why come out with propaganda information, knowledge about monetary reform of many other countries around them? :Frank26
