Everything will be sovereign on the 30th of September…It’s pointing in one direction. It’s not pointing north, south, east or west, it’s pointing towards the sovereignty of the monetary reform of Iraq…IMO everything will be sovereign on the 30th of this month…so will their currency… 1310 is not a sovereign position… :Frank26
