People might say, how can the RV happen amidst all of this turmoil [in the Middle East]? Well actually this is an opportunity because Iraq has not been attacked by anybody. That’s the key point. Iraq has been playing it smart. They’re right on the border. Iraq is right in between Iran and the whole rest of the Middle East and all the oil producers. This is their opportunity and they know it. This new prime minister sees his chance. I think he will seize the opportunity…All indications are he…wants his people to have purchasing power. He wants them to be able to fulfill their business dreams, goals…this is his chance to do it… Guy
