  • Kharkh Tour Amusement City (SKTA) has completed the legal procedures for the capital increase through 6.67% rights issue according to the Companies Law No. 21 of 1997/Article 55/Fourth to IQD1.6 bn.

Stocks that resumed / will resume trading:

  • Original shares of Al-Mansour Bank (BMNS) resumed trading on Mar. 25 after holding its AGM on Mar. 17 in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements, increasing the paid-in capital from IQD445.0 bn to IQD585.0 bn through a 31.46% bonus issue, and decided to distribute IQD0.10 cash dividend per share corresponding to a 4.7% dividend yield.
  • Original shares of Al-Ameen Insurance (NAME) will resume trading on Mar. 29 after holding its AGM on Mar. 18 in which they discussed and approved 2025 annual financial statements, the increase of paid-in capital from IQD6.25 bn to IQD7 bn through a 12.0% bonus issue, and the opening of branches in different provinces. The opening price will be IQD0.870 per share with a +/-50% price change limit.

Stocks that were suspended / will be suspended from trading:

  • ISX suspended trading of Al Masherq Al-Arabi Islamic Bank (BAMS) starting Mar. 24 due to the AGM that will be held on Mar. 29 to discuss and approve increasing the paid-in capital from IQD293.5 bn to IQD300.0 bn through a 2.21% rights issue (56/Fourth).
  • ISX will suspend trading of Al-Qurtas Islamic Bank (BQUR) starting Mar. 31 due to the AGM that will be held on Apr. 4 to discuss and approve the banking sector reform project, the cancellation of the merger with Erbil Bank (BERI) or any other bank, and the shift from the second track (merger) to the first track (continuity), and the sale of the bank’s shareholders’ shares to the International Smart Card Company (Qi Card).
  • ISX suspended trading of Al-Mansour Hotels (HMAN) starting Mar. 19 due to the AGM that will be held on Mar. 25 to discuss and approve the 2024 financial statements, dividend distribution, increasing the paid-in capital from IQD2.923 bn to IQD3.0 bn through a 2.6% bonus issue, and electing five original and five alternative board members.
