Why did they wait 5 months to complete [the cabinet] and give you such short notice of two day [to complete it]? Because they don’t want to leave you a lot of time to turn around and buy up a whole bunch of dinar. Because this is what ushers in the rate change. It’s all about timing, making things happen quickly. The Cabinet had to happen around the timing of a scheduled rate change date. Bankers who drafted the rate change schedule everything. :Jeff
