There’s the money supply that remains physically in the country [of Iraq] and outside the country…100 trillion is the amount that remains around the world. But the bulk of that is what’s outside the country of Iraq. Remember the dinar is not tradable so when it’s outside of Iraq, the central bank doesn’t give two craps about it. They don’t care because it’s not tradable, can’t be used for anything…The money outside of Iraq is what Iraq used to pay other countries back for all the efforts they helped them with…The United States has about half of their money supply…All [Iraq] cares about is the amount of dinar remaining inside of Iraq. It’s roughly about 20 to 40 trillion dinar. When the rate changes, they trim three zeros off that. The money supply will go from 20 to 40 trillion down to 20 to 40 billion. :Jeff
